3D Artist | Full-time Position


Description: We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic 3D artist, with an ability to work well as part of a team to join us in creating some unprecedented, hi-tech and industry transforming VR/AR/MR based products and learning scenarios. You will be office-based and working with an experienced team investigating, modelling and animating for a number of transformational solutions for multiple platforms and delivery channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Modelling and animating engineering related components and equipment to support VR/AR/MR based development
  • Investigating 3D techniques and technologies to improve workflows
  • Working to industry standards, guidelines and processes
  • Working alongside development teams to deadlines
  • Checking and fixing development work
Skills Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years commercial experience
  • Strong 3ds Max experience
  • Good Unity 3D experience
  • Experience with the following is advantageous: Photogrametry, CAD, BIM, 3D Automation, 3D Scanning & Printing




Business Development Manager | Full-time Position


Description: Enthusiastic, Customer Facing, Technology Savvy Business Development Manager – Role in Milton Keynes (UK). MX Reality have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer facing, technology savvy individual with a proven track record of selling software solutions and services. The suitable candidate will be joining MX Reality as a Business Development Manager and will be involved in supporting the commercial arm of the business. The Company: MX Reality Ltd, is an exciting, forward-looking company based in Milton Keynes, specialising in VR/AR/MR and AI solutions. MX Reality is part of Enzen Global (https://www.enzen.com/global/), a very well-established knowledge enterprise business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the CEO
  • Managing sales and marketing activities
  • Writing proposals and bid submissions
  • Identify new business opportunities / generate leads
  • Attending client meetings on and offsite
  • Managing existing client accounts
  • Developing new client relationships
  • Represent the company at conferences and events where appropriate
Skills & Attributes Required:
  • Account Management
  • Customer Management
  • Proposal / Bid Writing
  • Marketing
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Open-minded
  • Effective Communicator (verbally and written)
  • Self-motivated and driven
Relevant experience in mixed reality (Virtual/Augmented Reality) is preferred. Job Details:
  • Working hours: 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Full time permanent position subject to probationary period
  • Office based role with a proportion of time attending offsite meetings
  • Basic salary + Commission
