Description: MX Reality have a great opportunity for an apprentice with an interest in marketing and, 3D design with a passion for content marketing and social media including hands-on creative writing, graphics and video creation. We will provide on the job training in all areas but some prior use/knowledge on some programs would be a plus.   Key Responsibilities: Working with the sales team, a strong focus on content creation, monitoring and posting on social media. Edit digital content for our social media platforms. To write articles on a wide range of topics specific to the virtual events, exhibitions, retail and immersive learning sectors Creating Social Media posts and maximising engagement and  increase followers Providing general assistance and administrative support to the team Maintaining the day to day running of all the social media sites by reviewing, monitoring and analysing online activity Able to work towards marketing briefs and instructions Google Analytics Tracking and Reporting Providing exceptional customer service to online and social media customers Content update and optimise WordPress website(s) including SEO for increased visibility and traffic to the website(s) Use digital tools effectively and keep up-to-date with the latest development, technologies, and trends Measure and evaluate the success of the digital marketing activities in a monthly report Planning for key events, researching delegates where possible to identify leads / networking opportunities Entry Requirements: 5 GCSE Grades A-C/8-4 or equivalent including maths and English   Skills Required: Ambitious to develop a career in a dynamic technology business in the world of virtual and augmented reality Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude to get stuck in with a variety of tasks A passion to provide excellent service for customers and the team Detail orientated and organised with the ability to be able to handle a varied workload Able to work under pressure and adapt to ever changing tasks in an agile manner   Personal Qualities: An effective communicator both verbally and in writing, and able to build lasting relationships with a range of customers.
